lox71-gfp-ter-lox66 are cloned in the plasmid J61002 between the ptet promoter (BBa_R0040) and the mRFP1 reporter gene.

The construct is (including standard restriction sites): (EcoRI,XbaI)-pTet-lox71-gfp-terminator-lox66-(SpeI)-mRFP1-(PstI)

In this construction, any biobrick can be cloned as a backward insert instead of the mRFP gene.
